Guidelines for determination of Inactive Accounts at H.Nyalchand Financial Ser.Pvt.Ltd and Park-Light Investment Pvt.Ltd.

All the Clients are informed that pursuant to Sebi Circular No.MIRSD/SE/Cir-19/2009 dated 3rd Dec.2009. The following is the procedure/guidelines for determination of inactive accounts at H.Nyalchand Fin.Ser.Pvt.Ltd/ Park-Light Investment Pvt.Ltd.

1. The policy regarding inactive client is Applicable from 1st Apr, 2010.

2. All the employees of H.Nyalchand Financial Ser.Pvt.Ltd and Park-Light Investment Pvt.Ltd shall ensure strict adherence to the policy while dealing with the clients.

3. Any client who has not traded for the past 12 months in the entire Financial Year starting from 1st Apr to 31st March.shall be treated as inactive client.

4. H.Nyalchand Financial Services Pvt.Ltd / Park-Light Investment Pvt.Ltd. shall block the client code at the Back-Office software in order to avoid any fraudulent trading in inactive accounts by any individual.

5. H.Nyalchand Financial Services Pvt.Ltd / Park-Light Investment Pvt.Ltd. shall intimate in writing to all such inactive Clients that they are no more an active clients of the Brokrage house and would forward there ledger account to them.
